Attorney at Law

Frank Boers

Frank Boers has been a powerhouse in the U.S. legal arena for over 25 years, co-founding McTony Oxford Associates and shaping it into one of the nation’s most formidable litigation firms. Specializing in both Family Law and Criminal Defense, Frank has built a reputation for delivering decisive results in and out of the courtroom.

Known for his relentless advocacy and sharp legal instincts, Frank is the attorney other lawyers call when the stakes are high. His client base thrives on referrals from satisfied clients, respected colleagues, and even former adversaries who recognize his skill and grit.

Frank delivers straight talk, clear strategy, and a fierce defense of his clients’ rights. He understands the personal and financial weight that legal battles carry, and he blends empathy with unshakable resolve to protect his clients’ futures.

While he’s a master of negotiation, Frank is equally feared for his trial presence—commanding the courtroom with precision and authority. When litigation is unavoidable, he brings a level of preparation and intensity that leaves no room for doubt.

With a career defined by justice, results, and unwavering loyalty to his clients, Frank Boers stands as one of America’s elite legal advocates—your best asset when everything is on the line.
